    AVM Upgrade This product is ordered to notify the AVM provider to utilize their proprietary logic to determine the proper upgrade path of the product required to meet the lender's needs. Required to meet the lender's needs.
    Basis100 PASS (sm) Employs Solimar Technology to deliver multi-variant statistical correlation, appraisal emulation, conformal mapping, and price-time indexing to generate a highly accurate property valuation. Report also includes property characteristics of subject property and selected comparable sales, plus a confidence score.

    Collateral Val Insurance-CVI Direct CVI Direct combines multiple automated valuation models with an exterior inspection and an acknowledgement of insurability, guaranteeing that the estimate of value given at the time of the loan origination was accurate, subject to notification of loan funding. CVI Direct is currently available for single family, condo and PUD residential properties.
    HPA Provides a statistical value based on both tax assessors’ records as well as county recorders’ sales records.

    REO Market Analysis Using the most up-to-date national data resources, REO Market Analysis identifies the effect of local REO and foreclosure trends on property values. The report provides multiple valuations of the subject property including a current fair market value, a current REO value and a net forecasted REO value. Additional local foreclosure and REO data, along with local area sales are also included.
    SiteX Rpt A property report which includes an area street map with subject property and comparables, a subject profile, deed/transfer history, assessment cluster, preliminary flood and environmental data.
    Sitexvalue (tm) Provides an estimate of the subject property's value, QuickScore, 3 comparable sales, housing and price trend information and more.
    Value Wizard The Value Wizard automated valuation model provides fast, accurate property valuations nationwide. The model applies analytics, geo-statistical formulas and algorithms combined with multiple data sources and unique mapping capabilities to quickly return the valuation intelligence you need. Value Wizard returns a valuation report containing an estimated market value, high and low estimates, a confidence score, census information, recent neighborhood sales and an optional map indicating subject property location and sales comparables.
    VeroINDEX Plus Time-based residential property valuations derived from advanced analysis of local and regional market trends. Standard VeroINDEX Plus reports include value estimate, confidence score, subject property sale history and historical price trends for the subject's neighborhood with ValueGuard security for your protection.
    VeroLITE VeroVALUE information limited to price range, limited characteristics and limited comp info.
    VeroPREQUAL VeroValue information limited to estimated value only.
    VeroValue VeroValue AVM provides residential property valuations leveraging the latest predictive technologies for fast, accurate, and realistic results with high visibility. Standard AVM reports include value estimate, value range, confidence score, available subject property information, market data information and historical price trends for the subject's neighborhood. The VeroValue AVM is currently available in over 600 counties nationwide.
